Dear Delegate or Alternate:

This notice is the official call for the St. Paul City Convention. The City Convention’s agenda includes endorsing candidates for mayor and school board, electing Party officers, and consideration of the Party constitution.

You are receiving this notice because you were elected as a delegate or as an alternate at your ward convention in March, 2005.

If you have moved out of the ward that elected you in March to another ward in St. Paul, you may still be able to participate in the city convention as the last alternate from your new ward.  To seek credentials, please submit your request to the City Convention Credentials Committee IMMEDIATELY.  Any challenges to credentials should be made in writing by April 23, 2005.  You can contact Katherine Sherman-Hoehn for all credentials issues at katharriet@yahoo.com or (651) 647-1519.

City Convention

Access; Parking:  You can take the Route 62 bus to Arlington High School.  There is a large parking lot outside the front entrance.

Accessibility; Accommodations:  Arlington High School and the Great Hall are handicapped accessible.  Inside the front entrance there is an elevator to the second floor.  Please contact Jan Jung at (651) 707-4249 if you have need of any special accommodations.  Special accommodations must be requested by April 23, 2005.

Special requirements: If you have any special dietary or medical requirements, please bring with you what you need.
